Carboxymethylcellulose is a product derivate of cellulose which comes in the form of sodium salt as a thickening emulsifying and stabilizing agent. This composition is used as a bulk laxative in medicine. Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium provides temporary relief from eye problems.

This eye drop can also be used as a protector against further irritation. The topical eye drop is used to provide the optimal moist wound healing environment during the latter stages of healing; it is low Edwyn and does not harm visible tissues or the skin surrounding the wound.

How Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium work:
